Prices and Payments

1. GST will be charged in addition to any stated price. 
2. Payment in full must be made within 7 days following the date of the invoice.  The customer may not withhold any payments owed to kiwi Rehabilitation against any claims that the customer may have against Kiwi Rehabilitation.  No variations or modifications or substitutions of these terms by the customer will apply unless specifically accepted by Kiwi Rehabilitation in writing.
3. Without prejudice, kiwi Rehabilitation may charge interest on a daily basis to the customer at a rate of 5% on overdue amounts until the overdue amount is paid in full.  The customer will also be liable for all expenses incurred by Kiwi Rehabilitation (including collection and Solicitors costs) in attempting to obtain a remedy for the customers failure to comply with these terms of trade.
4. By accepting any payments from the customer, kiwi Rehabilitation will not be bound by any condition or qualifications of terms which the customer attaches to such payments.

Liability

In no way is Kiwi Rehabilitation be liable to the customer or any other person for any loss or damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from Goods and or Services supplied by Kiwi Rehabilitation to the customer.
